Hi,

My company start to use Window XP professional recently.
The problem is I cannot use the Microsoft Photo Editor
when I log-on my PC with my own password.This error msg
will appear "No file format information can be found in
the Registry". But when my MIS support guy log-on my PC
with his password, he can use the photo editor with no
problem.

I believe this is a set-up problem the my MIS guy also
has no knowledge. Therefore can you pls help to advise
how best to solve this problem.

Although he'll need the MIS guy's username and password to follow the directions. Sack him AFTER you fix it.
