Microsoft Outlook

[Frustrated]

Hi, I've been trying to install Microsoft Outlook but
keep getting the message, the DLL file is missing.
MAPI is unable to load information.
Has anyone seen this and can you help?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
