Microsoft Outlook

Upgraded from Windows XP to Windows 7. Had to re-install Microsoft Office
Basic Edition 2003. When I open I get "Microsoft Office End-User License
Agreement Print/Accept/Decline. Of course I click Accept but why is it
asking this everytime? Confused.
 
Try execute winword.exe as an Administrator (right click on exe file), Accept
the End User License. doing it once will solve the problem.
