How do I access my Outlook account from a remote location using someone
else's computer?
 
By configuring your account on that other computer. The items that you will
be able to see completely depend on which mail account type that you are
using and what you are storing at server level. You cannot access your
Outlook configuration itself stored on another computer unless you are using
a Remote Desktop connection.
