Microsoft outlook problem

I am having problems with microsoft outlook!
1) When I click on hotmail botton,It open after a longtime(with busy
hourglass) and sometimes it says that the server not available.

2) Outlook is repeatedly sending some message from my Yahoo ID which in fact
I didnt send any.My outbox is empty. EVery few minutes I get a windows saying
the message could not be sent through Yahoo.Get yahoo help. So much annoying
that I usually close my outlook.

Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.

Your best bet is to post your question in an Outlook newsgroup.
Don't forget to state the exact version of Outlook you have.

Dont trust all your Internet apps to a single provider.
