Microsoft outlook 'Notes'

When I type in a 'Note' on my itouch it syncs to my laptop. When I type in a
'NOTE' on Microsoft Outlook 'Notes' it does not sync to my itouch. Is there
a way it can sync both ways?

You'll have to look at your sync application for this as Outlook is not the
one doing the synch process.
