microsoft outlook not responding

It is getting worse every day. When I try to start Outlook and download my
comcast e-mails the program quits responding. I have to go to the Comcast
web site to read and send e-mails.
 
Bummer - do you have a question? Can you at least post your Outlook version
and what you have done to troubleshoot the issue?

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.
