Microsoft Outlook denies access to PlanPlus after update

Franklin Covey PlanPlus isn't working with Outlook since I
did the recent recommended upgrade with outlook.
It doesn't allow syncronization with "Daily Record" and
when I change dates in the daily record window of the
PlanPlus home window, it displays a window saying that a
program is trying to access my email addresses in Outlook.
I only have an "allow or deny" choice, with no ability to
find out what program is trying to access.
After saying no, it opens to the daily record window,
however, if I put any data in the window and then change
to another date in daily record it displays the same
warning-program accessing emails-and when I again say no
it goes to the new date. When I return to the previous
date I get the same warning again and when I click no, it
opens the date and any data has been wiped out.
I have been given a case number for this matter and will
submit it in a private email if needed.
