Microsoft Outlook 2003 - Missing News command

I want to add "News" to the Go menu. Help states that this can be done by
customising. However, the option to select "News" under the "Go" commands
list is now missing, although it used to be there. Any idea how to restore
it? The first time I used Outlook 2003 I followed the help menu instructions
and this worked fine, but the problem is that the Command list in the
Customise view has changed. I've even uninstalled and re-installed without
success.

Weird. It has come back - after I gave up and made
Outlook Express my default News reader, Outlook decided
to add News back onto the Go menu - without me needing to
customise. There is some kind of weird interaction
between Outlook Express and Outlook. I'll keep messing
with it. I want to ditch Outlook Express altogether if
possible - if I can get News working reliably.
