microsoft oulook error on exiting

Every time I close Microsoft office, outlook 2003, I get the following
message
" outlook.exe - application error the instuction at "0x041b24e5"
referenced memory at "0x041e23e0" the memory could not be "read"
click on OK to terminate the program"
I have reinstalled and made sure the AntiVirus was turned off before
reinstalling but no improvement.
 
Hey I also have this problem with Windows Media Player 10 but this only
happens when I close the window immediately after media player window opens.
I have a recommendation for you, is to run Windows Update.
 
Thanks, I have allready done that, and also looked for any updates that I
might have missed; but no help. ??
