When I'm printing documents with more than 1 page and in several copies, the
Collate option does not seem to work, and it is enabled/checked in my printer
dialogue.

copies, the Collate option does not seem to work, and it is
enabled/checked in my printer dialogue.

This group is for /Windows/ XP, not Office. Office does not come with
Windows - never has, never will. Please repost in an Office group. I would
reckon that your printer doesn't support collatiing though. Most inkjets
don't. Please be aware that the box you see when you click print in Word is
specific to Word, and may offer functionality your printer (driver) does not
support.

Duh! What does the word "general" mean to you?

Also, what does the word "collatiing" mean? Obviously, English isn't your
native language. Please educate yourself before posting again.

Do your print drivers support collating? Check the settings for the
printer.
