Is it compatible with Windows Me? I notice on the site that describes it, it says it interfaces Windows 97, Windows 2000 and something else (XP perhaps?), but did n't mention Windows Me. What am I to think? I want to get it, but how do I find out

You can actually order a trial version first if you like:-

http://www.microsoft.com/office/editions/prodinfo/default.mspx

BUT, if you are looking at 2003, then the specs actually only list Win2K and
WinXP as valid Operating systems that you can install it on:-

If it is a version prior to 2003 however, then it should run on anything from
Windows 98 onwards I believe.

Thank you both

Well, I went to Best Buy to nose around and see what I could find. (the first salesboy knew less than I did. I almost walked out with the 2003 when my daughter stopped me and showed me the tiny box that said it was only forWindows 97, Windows 2000 and for Windows XP. Back we went to put it back. Then, when I was almost ready to give up, we spotted another--The Microsoft Office XP, Version 2002. This one included Windows Me. So........I bought it. I'll let you know later if it works for us
