Microsoft Office button in Word vanished, can't retrieve.

I work in a transcription program Integra, which has Microsoft Word. While
working along the way, the Microsoft Office Button and all commands went
somewhere and I now have File where they should be. How can I retrieve this,
or can I?
 
Do you by any chance have an earlier version of Word (say 2003) installed
alongside 2007? If so - see http://www.gmayor.com/Toolbars_in_word_2007.htm

If not then start Word from the start menu with the CTRL Key depressed. You
will get a prompt to start in Safe mode. Does safe mode restore the familiar
ribbon? If it does then see
