Several things here.

This newsgroup is for the database software Microsoft Access, not for general
computer questions. The answers are provided by volunteers, not by Microsoft
employees here - nobody here can refund your money or change your terms of
contract, since we don't work for Microsoft. Typing in all caps is hard to
read and considered impolite, because it looks like you're SHOUTING AT US.

Word is a word processor; it's not designed or intended to send EMail. Use
Outlook (also in the Office package) for that purpose. You will of course need
an internet service provider and an email account to do so; they do not come
with Office.

And if you are getting an error that your computer doesn't have enough memory,
mbybe it's because your computer doesn't have enough memory. Office2007 is a
memory hog, and older computers may indeed not have enough; perhaps you need
to upgrade your hardware.

You may want to get somebody local who can look at your screen and your
computer and give you specific assistance.

In addition to John's comment:

if you find an office assistant appearing as a paperclip I think you might
not have office 2007 since the paperclip doesn't exist anymore in this
version. Clippy is no longer with us...
