After I install .NET 2003 and framework, whatever I
create a web project and run it, it always has error
message are as follows:
For example: open http://localhost/QuickStart/default.aspx
Server Error in '/QuickStart' Application.
Compilation Error
Description: An error occurred during the compilation of

review the follonwing specific error details and modify
your source code appropriately.
Compiler Error Message: CS0016 Could not write to output
file "f:\WINDOWS\Microsoft .NET\Framework\v1.1.4322
\Temporary ASP.NET Files\quickstart\9fb6c2c8\_uksx8m-
..dl" - 'Access is denied.' The directory is always read
only.
