Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 315451

Does anyone know how I can go about aquiring this hotfix? I found it on the
Microsoft Knowledge base, but to try and find out how to get it has been
impossible. I'm excited I finally found there was a solution to my problem,
but it does me no good if I can't contact anyone for it!

David, your about as helpful as the article! If you can't be assistance please don't reply.

To all of you helpful folks, Microsoft indicates that they have the download but you have to call, which I did and was on hold forever and finally gave up. I figured it had to be online somewhere!

Get onto them again and *immediately* say that you want this specific
fix because you are experiencing the problem
