Microsoft Explorer has stopped working

Since I put in Vista I get this message all the time. Does anyone else get
this message and what can be done about it? "A problem caused the program to
stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a
solution is available."

I get this frequently too, often when i have finished working on something
when I close a programme it's there. Internet Explorer has stopped
working....etc.......

No idea either, I hope that someone has an idea though
