Microsoft Exchange Server?

When I attempt to open Outlook (just installed 2002) why
does it try to open Microsoft Exchange Server? What is
this and how can I get Outlook to open correctly?

Probably because you told it you have an Exchange account. Use Control Panel
| Mail to either remove that account or start over with a new profile.
