Do you connect to an Exchange server? If you do not know ask your admin or
ISP for your account settings.

I do not connect to an Exchange server. I just got off the phone with my ISP
(MSN) and I have an HTTP account. The problem is that outlook simply will not
open for me to change the settings. It assumes I have and exchange server
account and when I try to cancel out of the error message it closes the
entire outlook program. They have referred me to call microsoft, and they are
not available at this hour. I'm hoping you'll be able to help as I'm not home
often enough to make calling convenient. Thanks
