HOW DO I GO ABOUT CREATING A FORMULA THAT WOULD CHECK
THROUGH A RANGE OF VALUES [ages](B5:B50) AND PICK THE
VALUE [rate(Y)] IN THE CORRESPONDING COLUMN [rates]
(C5:C50) WHICH IS EQUAL TO THE VALUE [age(X)] I WANT FROM
THE RANGE (B5:B50).
How would the formula look like?
