Microsoft Excel Problem

My friend in another office cannot save her excel template after she fills it
out. When she clicks on File, there is no Save or Save as. We've done the
usual trouble shooting - sheet is not protected, it's not read only and the
menu has been pulled down completely.

Any suggestions?

Try this:

1. From the Tools Menu select "Customize..."
2. Click on the "Toolbars" Tab
3. Scroll to the bottom of the Toolbars list and highlight "Worksheet Menu
Bar"
4. Click on the "Reset..." Button
5. Click OK
6. Click CLOSE
