When I try to open up a particular program, I get this
error message.
Error Code = -2147217864

Microsoft Cursor Engine
Row cannot be located for updating. Some values may have
been changed since it was last read.
Error Number 80040e38
Row cannot be located for updating. Some values may have
been changed since it was last read.
My power went out today while I was on my computer, but I
am totally surged protected. When I started back up my
system to get to work, this is the error message I got.
Any help please?
