There is no such thing as Microsoft Comma Separated Values.
You have omitted a great amount of information in your request. Are we to
assume that "XP Pro" is Office XP Pro? Or is it Windows XP Pro?
Do you want to create a CSV file or are you looking to import one? Will you
be using the CSV file with Excel?
