Microsoft clipart

I had always been able to go to Microsoft clipart, copy and paste to MS Word
with no problem. Today, I attempted to do just that and it gave me an error
message. I followed the links to fix the problem, but it still doesn't work.
I restarted my computer, still nothing.
I'm running MS Windows XP-Home Edition, 2002, Service Pack 2.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
