Hello,
Does any know if there's a way to convert the .qic to a
bkf (this is an older version of Windows to XP OS file)?
I'm trying to restore a .qic file using the backup program
in XP.

No. NTBackup doesn't have the capability to read QIC files from
previous versions of Windows.

There are third party solutions that CAN do this though. Do a Google
search on backup programs and you'll find them.
