Microsoft AntiSypware: Irremovable viruses (Trojans)

Does anyone know how to remove these tow viruses:

1) Troj/AleSpy-O found in (System32\wininet.dll) and
2) Troj/Spyjack-k found in (System32\oleext.dll).

They spy on web traffic and keep it busy. Causes a great annoyance.

I have tried every method to do so (Microsoft AntiSypware and others virus
scanners) but no use. It is really bugging me very much.

Please help urgently.
