I am having trouble installing this spywear on my
computer. I have Windows XP .. latest version .. but it's
been running really slow lately .. don't know why ..
anyway, i have tried to install the spywear several times
and it just shuts down on me .. a window pops up for the
Install Wizard and then when i click on NEXT it
disappears. Can anyone help me find out why i cannot
install this ?? I'd appreciate any suggestions or help,

There are already some malware applications that block
antivirus/antispyware/antitrojan apps and prevent them from running and even
installing.
The first place to find what happens is to look at System and Application
log (you can find them in the Control Panel-> Administrator tools-> Event
viewer) - check whether any errors appear here, especcially when running
MSAS installation.
If you suspect that your computer has been infected, then please try first
to scan your computer using one of the on-line scanners. Here are some of
