microsoft antispyware

i scan my computer for antispyware and 2 items dected
would like to know how do i delete them and get rid of
this problem thanks

Was this a scan that you initiated, or a scheduled scan?

If you initiated the scan, you should have been presented with the results,
and options for what to do.

Otherwise, you should be able to open Microsoft Antispyware, click on Last
Scan Results, and Managed Detected spyware.

If you do that, do you see recommended action, with a box to choose
alternative disposition options?
