Microsoft American Flag Screen Saver

A while back, I downloaded a screensaver from the
Microsoft site, called the American Flag Screen Saver. It
is my absolute favorite screen saver, when it works
right. It varies from computer to computer, and doesn't
matter what OS, but on some computers, the inner flag
object comes up and waves, but the image is missing. I
even have one computer where that happens to BOTH the
inner and (faded) outer flag. Does anyone know what
causes this, and how I can fix it on the comnputers with
the problem? By the way, my DirectX is up-to-date.
