When I try to convert a zip file from Access 2000 it dosen't give me all the
information that is in the file

A zip file? What on earth do you mean? Access doesn't create, open or
convert zip files.
 
If you have a Zip archive containing an Access MDB file, you can simply
unzip the file and save the Access MDB file on the hard-disk and then open
it with Access2003. There is no need to convert to Access2003 file-format.
 
Access SHOULD be able to pull from zipped files and send zipped xml
files and that sort of thing.

but it doesn't out of the box.
