I can put data into tables just fine. But when I go to report, the
display shows titles that look like smeared ink and fields that are
empty.

This had been working just fine for about three years. Then this.

The file is on the server, and I accessed it from three different
computers. Same result.

I copied the file to my hard drive and ran scan disc: no improvement.

Any ideas?

Carl

When the report starts looking funny on one machine but looks OK on another,
one possible reason is the printer driver being corrupt. Try updating your
printer driver and see if that fixes it.

Hi again:

Thanks for the response. I need to clarify.

The file in report mode looks the same from three different computers
that are connected to two different printers (one is not connected to
any printer).

Further ideas?

What do you mean by "The file in report mode"? Are you inserting an object
in the report? If so, what kind of file is it?

If we are talking about an image, it might be the control is resizing the
image in a way that is distorting it. Setting the control's Size Mode to
zoom should keep it proportioned. Stretch will distort it.
