I have the same problem! I hear nothing through my head
phones . When I talk into microphone my voice feeds back
through my speakers. If I shut the speakers off THEN I
can't hear the person on the other end whom I am talking
to on my voice chat. Because I get no sound through my
head phones. Can anyone help???

I found the answer I figured it out;I took the speaker
plug out (of the line out stereo connector port.Mine is
in the back of the computer. ) and plugged the headphone
part of the headset into the line out connector port
where the speakers connect and I GOT SOUND THROUGH THE
HEAD PHONES LOL! SIMPLE AS THAT!The line in port did not
work that was next to microphone port.BUT, the line out
speaker port did work!
