to start Outlook in the Calendar folder without a Navigation Pane. In each
of the above, "xx" refers to your specific version of Outlook: "10" for OL
2002, "11" for OL 2003, "12" for OL 2007. If it's Outlook 2000 or earlier,
the "xx" value probably won't be there; i.e., the node in the path will be
simply "Office".
