Method not found: ... get_CommandBars()

Hi all.

My Outlook com add-in works fine in Visual Studio, but when deployed, it fails with the error:

"Method not found: Microsoft.Office.Core.CommandBars Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook.ExplorerClass.get_CommandBars()"

does anyone know how to fix this?
