On the pop-up form I have a calendar control that works well if I run it on
the PC with the full version of Access. But as soon as I run either MDE or
MDB file on the PC with Acc 97 Runtime, I get this error on load of the
form. There is nothing on it on Microsoft website.
Any suggestion?

Thanks

The built-in calendar control is an ActiveX control. If it's not installed
on the other machines, your application will "break". Also, if it is
installed but is a different version, your application will "break". A good
alternative is Stephen Lebans's calendar for Access. You will find a sample
database using this calendar at this link.

Thanks, that calendar is pretty impressive. However, I would really like to
solve this issue - there has got to be a solution! It does not make sence
for the Microsoft to build an ActiveX control and not to be able to use in
a multy-user environment.

Besides MSCAL.OCX what other files and in which directory I would need to
install these files on the user's PCs (if it just a few files, I can run
them with the Zen Upgrades).
Thanks for you help.

As far as I know, MSCAL.OCX copied to the correct directory and registered
into the registry using RegSvr32.exe is sufficient. The file should also be
available on the install disks as an optional item.
