I have just upgraded to the latest version. I have never
been ab le to send or receive files. How do I fix this
situation?

Disable your Firewall, you will then be able to receive
files from another user. Not really recommended to leave
your XP Firewall disabled though. Your choice.

answer, and I agree it is not the best solution. I
