Messenger Plus

I have a client who downloaded Messenger Plus without
permission and I tried to install it, but it left a
installed toolbar in Internet Explorer. It's something
like "stcrtrwjoxc" if I'm not mistaken, however, you can
disable it but would like to remove it if possible.

This is because when they installed it, they chose the option to install the "sponsorship
program", you can find a screenshot of this here:

To remove it after it's been installed, simply uninstall Messenger Plus from Add or Remove
Programs in the Control Panel, this will also be removed with it, then your client can
reinstall it, without choosing the sponsorship option.
