ANY Beta product presents unusual risks. The biggest issue is always
removal. If you install a beta program it may not uninstall properly or
allow the final version to be installed over the pre-existing Beta. About
the only way to mitigate that is with System Imaging. This allows you
to experiment and once done restore the system to it's previous state.
That being said, I use Google Earth and even though it has a Ver stamp
of 4.__ it is still referred to by Google as a Beta release.
All beta products will have a "Disclaimer" that you UNDERSTAND &
AGREE it isn't guaranteed to work, uninstall or not mess up your computer.
If you dual-boot your computer, you can install the Beta without
problems. I use Acronis True Image Home Product to create a Partition Image
and can always Go Back. Play around with Beta. You have nothing to lose with
Acronis, if you have that product or a similar product.
well so far so good none of thats happened I'm happy with it.
