disabling message. Aprogram is tring to automatically send e-mail on your behalf. Do you want to allow this
If this is unexpected it may be a virus and you should choose no.
 
More information, please. What version of Outlook? Did you install any
Office or Windows updates lately? What add-ins do you have installed?
