Messages won't redirect or forward

We just upgraded our server to Exchange 2003. Afterward, I created a
rule I had used on our old server that redirects all my incoming email
to a personal home email account. None of the redirected messages are
going out. We've tried redirecting them to several different addresses
but nothing works. We also tried having them automatically forwarded
and forwarded as attachments. That doesn't work either. I can send,
receive and forward messages directly from my mailbox on the server, but
can't get them the rule directing incoming messages to work. Anybody
have any idea what's going on?

By default, Exchange will not autoforward to external addresses. Ask in an
Exchange group for information on how to change that.
