Messages won't leave outbox please help!

I am using Outlook 2003 with MS Exchange Server and when I try to send and
email it gets stuck in the Outbox. It will stay there until I click on
another folder and then it will be sent.

How can I get rid of this problem?

That usually indicates a connection problems with your router and UDP:
