Messages stuck in Outbox + Heavy CPU load Outlook 2007

Hi,

I am using Outlook 2007 with Windows Vista Ultimate.
I have a very annoying problem. On a random messages, Outlook "decides" that
a certain message will not leave the outbox whatsoever, even if I will write
the same message again and again. It happens usually with attachments
(usually small ones) but not always.

This is what is happening usually:
I am writing the message as usual, and trying to send it. In the lower
corner, Outlook informs that send/receive was completed successfully but the
message remains in the outbox, and somehow blinks a little (if I can
describe it that way). The message actually never leaves the outbox. Further
more, Outlook consumes heavy load on the CPU of 30%-50%, which remains at
that levels until I forcefully delete the waiting message.

I suspect of course the addins. I uninstalled all addins, uninstalled my
Antivirus (NOD32), and disabled via the Registry, all addins. Outlook was
loaded with all addins disabled.
The problem persists.

I don't know what else can be done, or what causing this problem.

Any suggestion will be very welcomed.

I think your profile is damaged. Try to fix it with [1]. If this does
not work create a new one:

Control Panel | Mail | Show Profiles

I tried No.1 with no use.

If I will create new profile. How can I transfer everything from the bad
profile to the new one?

Thanks again.

Amir.
