Messages Stay in Outbox

Hello I have a strange one? System as follows:- Small Business Server 2003,
10 users. Outlook 2003.

One user only when trys to send emails they just stay in the outbox,
incoming fine also if accessing by WEB Outlook and create a new message and
send they go out Ok, I have uninstalled and re-installed, repaired to no
avail. Ideas appriciated.

Enable diagnostic logging and see what happens during a send/receive.

Message not too helpful it says

Echange server
Syncronization started

2 messages to upload flag 00000001
unable to upload 2 messages
syncronization compleated

Sounds like your Exchange people need to look at it (unless that's you ;-))
Have you tried creating a new mail profile for this person?

I was having a similar problem, messages would stay in my Outlook 2007 outbox
no matter what. Yet nothing else with Outlook seemed off. I disabled my
Symantec antivirus Outlook inegration and all me email went on it's merry
way. You may want to look at and disable any Outlook add-in's that may be
installed.
