Is the user using and Exchange offline address book? I would try Tools >
Send/Receive and Download Address Book whilst online as a start.

Some information on the profile would also be useful. Is it an exchange
server profile, IMAP / POP3? Is the Client configured to use .ost?

Cheers

Fix your system time; you are posting from the future!

For what mail account type?
What is the full NDR message?

Hi There!

I have a client who had her standalone notebook reimaged by us. She has
outlook 2003, and since recreating her profile, when she sends messages
whilst not connected to the internet, all messages
get NDR's with the code 5.1.2.

The addresses are all correct, some of these she is typing manually (with no
spelling or grammar/syntax) errors, and some she is replying to.

Outlook 2003 is fully patched. I cannot see a good reason for the NDR's and
the problem did not occur before reinstall of Windows on her notebook.

What should I look for, to troubleshoot the issue? OS is fully patched XP
Pro.
