I have an Outlook client using a pop3 email connection... I am getting
duplicate copies of the same email message that reappears after I delete and
remove it from the deleted items folder. I don't believe this is a virus, but
I can't figure out how to fix the problem...

Any ideas????? Thanks in advance!!

I have the same problem, tried downloading this patch & am told I already
have this patch... Can anyone tell me how to stop this? It's a pop3 server,
I've already changed the settings to remove messages from the server upon
deletion from the deleted items folder. I get over 600 messages each time
I connect to the server for email. This is crazy. Help, anyone...
Thanks,
Tina

Hi,
I followed this link & downloaded the security patch for office 2003, turns
out I already have it. I've already changed the pop3 settings to delete
messages from the server upon deletion from deleted items folder, but keeps
happening. I get 650 plus duplicate emails each time I connect to the pop3
server.
Any other ideas? Someone please help!!

Thanks,
Tina
