messages randomly categorized......

I have a user here that claims she never uses the categorize feature in
outllook 2007, and when you look in her email, she has a a few messages
categorized.....

how can this happen? the emails message have nothing in common,

She is either doing it accidently (not sure how she'd accidently do that
without knowing she did it) or using rules to set categories.

Probably the best way to do it accidentally is to use the quick click
category. Another option is that the email arrives with a category yet (if
the rule to remove those categories is disabled).
