Messages forwarded to whom??

When I forward a message to others is there a way to see who I forwarded the
message to when I open it later?

Sometimes I can't remember who I sent it to and I need to follow-up to make
sure the task assigned was completed.

I hate having to dig through my sent items to find the forwarded message.
 
This kinda of sorta worked. We recently converted to Outlook (Office 2007)
from Groupwise. It works since the conversion in August but the particular
message I was looking for was before the conversion. Thank you.
