When Outlook was opened, Send/Receive showed 4 messages being downloaded. A
window popped up saying mailbox was full. X'd out, did not see new messages,
hit send and receive, mailbox full message appeared again. THis time selected
auto archive.
Problem is that the four messages that were said to be downloading, never
appeared in the inbox, and were not to be found in the archive. The web site
for the e-mail provider was empty of new messages, because outlook had
downloaded them ( messages are not saved on the server).
Where did they go?
How do I avoid this in the future?
