I'm running Microsoft Offic Outlook 2003 and I'm finding that after 60 days
my email is being automatically deleted. I NEED to turn this off! I'm
losing stuff that I need.

If anyone can help please let me know what to do.

Thanks,
Jennifer

I did check my archive settings, that was the first thing I checked. It's
not on at all. They're not being archived they're being deleted entirely.
That's why I'm so confused.

How do you know they're being deleted? Are they in the Deleted Items
folder? Do you have an Exchange server? Any chance you have a view set on
your mail folder(s) that is filtering messages more than 60 days old?

No they aren't in the deleted folder, they're just not there after a while.
As fr the exchange server, I don't know what that is. So I can't really
answer your question. I'm relatively new to this program, I have to use it
for work. I don't particularly like it but this is all they'll let us use.

I also didn't even think of the view filter. I'm so used to Outlook Exress
that this program confuses me. I will check the filter idea and get back to
you.

Thanks,
Jennifer
