Message: WB already open

Hi,

I have a WorkBook that works fine in Office 97,2000 and XP.
Now, when I try to open the WorkBook in WindowsXP, Office 97, th
Workbook opens, then comes a dialogbox saying "there is already
workbook open with that name".

Whats wrong? I know there's no problem in WindowsXP, Office2000.
Is'nt Windows XP and Office97 compatible?

Hope to get an explanation and solution to this.

Fix your file associations by running "Excel.exe /regserver" (no quotes)
from Start->Run. There is a space before the slash.
